Below is a calendar with milestones to give participants an outline of what the Executive Collaborative Program will encompass:

  • Sept. 13-15, 2020–PENW Annual Learning Symposium, SeaTac, WA. Meet and learn from 2018 & 2019 National Baldrige recipients.
  • Nov. TBD–(tentative) Mountain Valley Cascadia, Kellogg, ID. Creating Culture through Visionary Leadership and Innovation.
  • March TBD, 2021—Content and site visit based on Executive project needs
  • June TBD, 2021–(tentative) Southcentral Foundation, Anchorage, AK. An innovative healthcare delivery system designed using customer-owner input.
  • Sept. 2021–PENW Annual Learning Symposium, Executive Project Presentations, Portland, OR (tentative)

Executive Collaborative project requirements:

  • Define individual learning objectives
  • Assess organizational challenges or advantages to identify a meaningful project opportunity
  • Define scope, project goals and objectives
  • Identify current state, future state and aligned best practices from national and regional research
  • Develop project plans and timeline for completion within 3-6 months
  • Execute project and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Produce a written summary of key learning
  • Deliver a brief presentation within the organization and to other Executive Collaborative participants
  • Share learning and next steps at 2021 PENW Symposium

The PENW Executive Collaborative has been designed to provide executives in the Pacific Northwest with immersion and access with Baldrige recipients and networking opportunities for professional and organizational development within the four-state region. PENW makes all hotel and food arrangements for Executives upon arrival to each session. You have enough on your plate already. All you need to do is show up.
