June 2019 PENW Update

2019 Programs & Training

Greetings PENW supporter,

In December, the PENW Board met to assess performance and create improvements for 2019.  The resulting strategic and operating plan included a focus on developing and offering relevant programming to support organizations on their Performance Excellence journey.   Below you will find three offerings we are excited to share in 2019-2020.  If you have any questions, please send an email to askus@performanceexcellencenw.org.

Joni Dixon, PENW Board Chair

APEX Partnerships and PENW are partnering to offer The Executive Collaborative, a leadership development program to immerse leaders within the framework of performance excellence.  This 12-month program features a collaborative learning environment, site visits to national and regional award recipients and coaching support to accomplish a strategically important project within your organization.
Come join PENW for an action-packed day of sharing, networking and learning with other leaders who are interested in improving their organization’s performance.  The PENW Annual Symposium will feature presenters from national and regional award recipients. For more information about the PENW Symposium visit:

If you are looking to contribute your talents and experience to support organizational competitiveness in the Pacific Northwest, then become a PENW Examiner.  As an examiner, you’ll be trained to work on a team to evaluate and provide feedback that helps organizations improve.  It is hard work, but you’ll gain new skills, meet colleagues and further your career development.  For more information, email askus@performanceexcellencenw.org.
