Tedd Snyder

Tedd lives in the Madison, Wisconsin area. His performance excellence experience includes 19 years as an examiner with the Wisconsin Forward Award and two years as a judge. Tedd has been a member of the Baldrige Board of Examiners for 16 years. Tedd previously served with WSQA/PENW from 2009 until 2017 as a member of the Panel of Examiner and Process Development and the Judges Panel.

Dan Edds has served with PENW as a regional team leader and examiner. As an active consultant, he has incorporated the Baldrige framework into his practice, including nearly 250 organizations. Baldrige's emphasis on a “systems perspective” led him to pursue a PhD in Systems Thinking through the Birmingham Leadership Institute (UK).
