Greg, an accomplished healthcare leader with over 40 years of experience, is driven by a mission focused on quality, innovation, resilience, and rapid adaptation. His journey began practicing emergency medicine. As Chief
Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer of large regional medical centers, he navigated complex healthcare challenges. Greg’s career
included consulting for Joint Commission Resources over the past 6 years. Additionally, he served as a Senior Examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program and judged the North Carolina Awards for Excellence.
His passion persists with PENW.

Margaret wants to share her 25+ years of experience assessing organizations for improvement with the Baldrige Performance Excellence program, the Washington State Quality Award program and Performance Excellence NW. She mentors Examiners in writing relevant feedback reports for applicants, as well as new Judges in their role.
Credentials include BA in Mathematics with minor in English, MBA, Project Management Profession (PMP) certification and Certified Management Consultant.
